LiftCal now goes beyond calorie estimates. You can gain insights from workouts including:
Workout logs are used internally by the app for these calculations and insights.They are not exported or shared externally and cannot currently be retrieved outside the app.
Use only numbers (e.g. “70” instead of “seventy”). Ensure weights are decimals (e.g. “25.5”).
Ensure all fields are filled before tapping Calculate Calories.
Close and reopen the app. Make sure you’re on the latest version. Restart device if needed.
LiftCal is weightlifting-specific. Cardio-based apps often use different formulas.
